Heat recovery boiler for Sulfuric Acid Plant is an important
technics device in the system of producing Sulfuric Acid as well as
a set of waste heat recovery device. It can cool the high
temperature furnace gas generated from the iron pyrite ore
fluidized calcining kiln to meet the required temperature by
sulfuric acid producing technics, at the same time, the overheated
steam generated by residual heat from recycled gas could be used
for GT power generator or other industries. HBG initiatively
focused on the usage of the waste heat from the sulfuric acid
producing by iron pyrite ore in the beginning of 70’s, up till now,
HBG has manufactured a series of HRSGs for sulfuric acid plant with
the capacity of 40000-400000 ton/year, among which 200 units are
